Today I am joined by Laria Ursenbach, a fellow Boise native and one of the most amazing women I am lucky enough to know both personally and professionally. Laria and I discuss the notion of feeling gladness toward ourselves the same way we would toward our loved ones, the importance of mentors and women in leadership, becoming the representation we needed when we were younger, and allowing ourselves to feel joy in the present moment without worry it might get taken away.
